Testing means:

       In order to address the different client requests, MTT MoteurTest
       uses different test benches:

• 11 engine test benches,
• 1 propeller test bench,
• 1 gear box test bench,
• 1 cold chamber,
• 1 tilting test bench.

       The equipment of each test bench is adapted
       to each client request:

• Specific fuel tank or feeding by drums,
• Complete exhaust line,
• Heavy duty engines up to 600 kW,
• Temperature and humidity controlled combustion air,
• 5 gaz analyser + CO2 EGR,
• Cylinder pressure measurement and combustion analysis.

       Our test benches are equipped with high performance control software:

• Control and data acquisition system communication with
  power train ECU (e.g.: INCA) via ASAP 3 protocol.
• Fast cylinder pressure data acquisition and combustion analysis.

      Ability to carry out tests on any fuel type:

• Diesel,
• Gasoline,
• CNG,
• LPG,
• Biodiesels,
• etc ...
